The Charlotte, NC developer community is very important to me. As a way to give back for all that it has given me, I help organize conferences, events, and user group meetups.

The Enterprise Developers Guild is an independently run, volunteer user group that meets monthly to discuss and share information on a variety of Microsoft-centric technology topics. We offer an excellent way to receive a technical education and meet with peers to get more out of the latest Microsoft platforms, products, technologies, and resources.
Spark Conference will offer unparalleled training for developers. It is a generalist technology conference focusing on education, a family-friendly environment, and lots of networking. Formerly Carolina Code Camp, connect with up to 600 members of the regional developer community.
Around the first of every month, I collate the latest Enterprise Developers Guild news, events, and developer community announcements into an awesome little newsletter. I call it the Developer Community Newsletter (hence the ingenious name, don’t you think?).
Blend Conference is a generalist conference featuring 60+ diverse speakers sharing ideas and conversations about user experience, design, front-end and back-end development.
The Carolina Code Camp is a community event. Software developers and enthusiasts come to learn from and network with their peers. Expect lots of education, networking, and food. The basic format is that of a traditional conference.
